If there are any "stolen children", they are enbreastled to claim compensation.
The Northern Territory Land Council came up with the best two test cases it could find, and neither of these turned out to be actually "stolen". They have been unable to identify anyone else to use as a new test case, and nor has any other aboriginal group.
The large majority of the "stolen generation" were in fact half-castes, rejected by the tribe for basically racist reasons. Many were voluntarily handed over to the white missions; others were stuffed down rabbit holes and left to die before being rescued.
There is no "hard" evidence whatsoever that anyone was actually stolen, if there was they would be claiming compensation before the courts. The anecdotal (soft) evidence is that almost none of them (or none of them at all) were stolen - they were either voluntarily relinquished, rescued by the missionaries after being left to die, or subject to court orders in the same manner as white children with parents unable to support them.
If these had not been part of the "stolen generation", the large majority of these would be part of the "dead generation".
The whole stolen generation story is a complete myth as far as I can tell. If you have any hard evidence for any of them being stolen (and you do have 25,000 test cases to choose from), you should suggest that they make a court claim for compensation - there are any number of aboriginal and non-aboriginal groups who would be happy to organise and fund the claim procedure.
