Yes - a mindless animal is someone who does things repeatedly for the sake of appeasing a "god" (a non-existant creature that is supposedly omnipotent) - like going to church every Sunday and confessing sins, even if you haven't committed any, or like kneeling next to your bed each night, praying to "god" because that is the right thing to do, or like thanking the "god" (saying "grace") for the food that you have worked hard to grow (or earn money for), or ... (list goes on and on)
It is a property of all religions that they requires their followers to repeat certain things regularly to "appease god(s)". That muslims do it by "bowing" to mecca regularly is no stranger than any of the christian rituals.
Of course, you show your ignorance by saying that they pray to a "piece of meteorite.... sacred". Clearly you are not aware of what they are praying to, or why. Look at "The focal point of Mecca is the Ka'bah, the "House of God" believed by Muslims to have been rebuilt by Abraham and his son Ishmael" - Hmmmm... Isn't that a place mentioned in the bible? "All Muslims, wherever they are on the earth, are required to pray five times a day in the direction of the Ka'bah in Mecca" - So, they are praying specifically towards what they consider to be the house of Abraham.
Note that the "Hajj" (the pilgrimage) is no different from a similar pilgrimage done by christians. And Christians have a variety of rituals, just like Muslims do:
As for "mbutt rioting", I would point out that you can see mbutt rioting after sporting events (those can be particularly nasty - and all because one side beat the other (if that isn't "drop of the hat", I don't know what is)) - does that make all sports-watchers "mindless animals"? You can see mbutt rioting during protests - does that make all protesters "mindless animals"? You can see mbutt rioting during revolutions - does that make all revolutionaries "mindless animals"? You can see mbutt rioting at bars and nightclubs - does that make all barflies and clubbers "mindless animals"? You can see mbutt rioting in disaster-struck areas (eghurricane Katrina) - does that mean all people in disaster-struck areas are "mindless animals"?
So basically, you find people rejoicing the rest of others (or advocating the killing of others) to be abhorrent and disgusting.... unless the people dying are people you don't like? Not only is that hypocrisy, but it is also against every major religion (including Islam), and the majority of people in EVERY country would find such a stance to be abhorrent, putrid, disgusting, (long list of similar words could be added, but you get the idea).
"Mindless animals", when referring to people, are people who rejoice in rest and killing, who consider killing to be their right, or that commit cold-blooded liquidate. Indeed, these three categories tend to be one and the same. You certainly fit the first, and the second seems to suit you as well. I wouldn't be the least surprised if you fit the third. YOU are a "mindless animal" (as are Osama Bin Laden and his henchmen). I would rejoice if you were locked up in a prison for life (and if you chose to end your life (ie dissolution), I would not mourn your pbutting (I wouldn't rejoice in it, though)).
