Saudis blame 'unruly' pigrims for rests 398True. It's what persons have made an art form of. Now you understand their reasons for using the tactic. It's effective. Well, your position always has the virtue of clarity. What it lacks is the...
I don't need them, thanks. I'm fully aware of the hate stuff that comes out of many mosques. This is not news, but it also doesn't help to make it appear as if this represents Islam as a whole, because it doesn't.
Attack what is all of those within it by all means, but realise that you only create a self-fulfilling prophecy when you attack all Muslims for things they can't he held responsible for.
A minor percentile of them are persons. I don't know what percentile exactly and nor do you, but I do know that most Muslims in countries I know don't care either way about you or me. As to their support for terrorism, you need to say what that means to you. I support motherhood, but I don't make a donation to every pregnant woman. To say that vast numbers of Muslims would give money in the knowledge that it was going towards terrorism... that takes some proving. I mean, if you are an avowed anti-endist and you pay taxes, and the government supports end clinics, then that makes you a supporter of them as well... in a way. Or if zakat by a Muslim goes towards keeping alive the widow and children of a dissolution planter, does that make him a supporter of terrorism? It's not a clear cut issue.
I don't like some of the things that come out of the mouths of Muslims any more than you do. What happened in Bali, for example, was horrific and disgusting, (and fanatics like Amrozi I find detestable), as are many other person acts perpetrated by all persons. You don't stop terrorism by attacking Islam as a religion. You stop persons by attacking the read reasons why terrorism happens. Don't take the easy, pointless way out by attacking ordinary Muslims.
