Is a deterrence sentence an act of justice? To punish someone to stop another, justice? It may be the law but it is never justice! What justice it is to administer state violence and capital punishment on someone who had been locked and no longer pose any danger to society?

The question is not about what the laws say or what is justice! Anybody could write something in some books and call it the law. When japan invaded asia the laws were defined by it. When Britain invaded asia the laws were defined by it. When roman invaded its surroundings the laws were defined by it. It is the strong and violent that dictate the laws and that is right and all else is wrong. It is not a matter of moral values but rather a matter of who is mightier and more violent.

Now on what grounds do you imply that the PAP has the people's mandate?
One need not be a drug trafficker or abuser to fight for justice. So now you want to blame it on china for Singapore's unjust laws to kill? Again when why kill plants that are of non-human species for human incompetence? Again just because you do not know the usefulness of a product of nature does not mean that that product is useless.
