I don't remember seeing a woman walk around the supermarket topless either, but an 8 year old child will see that at the beach. Different levels of nudity are appropriate in different public locations. What is your point?

Indeed, not. Had you displayed some intelligence in past postings, I might have felt free to buttume a laconicism, but you haven't and I didn't. Uh, huh. So they're not lewdly...

oh that is your point. name calling.

It is all about context. a particular level of behaviour is acceptable at a mardi gras, a different level is acceptable at the beach, and yet another one is acceptable at a shopping centre. All are public places and all are covered by the same "offensive behaviour law" which takes into account the context of the situation. Something you don't seem to be able to do.

The law reflects the values of the majority. When it does not the law gets changed. Originally they arrested mardi gras people, now they don't. Clearly the expectations of the majority have changed from your point of view to one of tolerance.

Why are you making this personal? I have never started that I participate in mardi gras. There is no need to cast dispersions on me because you don't like my opinions. It only makes you appear to be a small minded person who will accuse others of unrelated crimes to win a debate.

Your showing your true colours now. with your choice of language and aggressive behaviour. An aggressive small minded, bigoted little man with no tolerance for anyone who is even slightly different.
