LONDON. Monday, Dec. 14.--- A Petrograd dispatch to THE TIMES says: "Advise from the front at Erzerum . Turksh Armenia describe the position of 20,000 Christian s there as precarious because of their Russian sympathies.
Three hundered thousand Turkish troops are mobilized at Erzerum. Hundreds of Armenians have been imprisoned and many hunged in the streets, without trial, as examples."

10. Calls, therefore, on the Turkish Government and the Turkish Grand National buttembly to give fresh support to the Armenian minority, as an
important part of Turkish society, in particular by public recognition of the genocide which that minority suffered before the establishment of the modern state of Turkey;
21. Calls in this connection on the Turkish Government to launch a dilague with Armenia aimed in particular at re-establishing normal diplomatic and trade relations between the two countries and lifting the current blockade.

That this House calls upon the Government of Canada:
(a)to recognize the genocide of the Armenians and to condemn any attempt to deny or distort a historical truth as being anything less than genocide, a crime against humanity, and
(b)to designate April 24th of every year hereafter throughout Canada as
a day of remembrance of the 1.5 million Armenians who fell victim to the first genocide of the twentieth century.

PanARMENIAN.Net"Germany apologizes to the Armenian people", official representative of the Social Democratic Party of Germany Gernot Erler stated. In his words, the political forces of Bundestag have already coordinated the principal items of the resolution calling Turkey to acknowledge the Armenian Genocide. He also noted that the resolution contains an item stating that Germany being an ally to Turkey during the First World War bears a deal of responsibility for the Armenian Genocide.

On the occasion of the 90-th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide in the Ottoman Empire the Russian State Duma issued a
statement that was complied and included in the agenda by the Committee
on CIS Affairs and Relations with Compatriots. The statement was supported by 310 deputies with no votes against and abstentions. The Russian parliamentarians "condemn the Genocide and consider that its 90-th anniversary should be marked by the international community",
