Merchant Hotel is not exactly Chinatown and is only on the fringe of it. poster. Never been to the Merchant hotel and I never mentioned it. In the 70s I lived near Balliester Rd which is quite a way from Chinatown and in the 80s I lived in Dalvey Rd which is even further away - but so what?
