The only alternative is to let the Arab-Muslim persons do whatever the hell they want to do. That isn't going to be an option any more, and you had better prepare for a few years of war.
I hope for a brutal, quick one, so it can be over quicker. But because there are so many people who "don't think war makes sense" but who have no alternatives that work, it will probably take a long time.
