If it is a belief - i.e., an buttertion on your part that cannot be tested objectively - then you are enbreastled to it. You are equally enbreastled to believe that cars are the true masters on this planet because it is observable that many people treat them that way. If it is your unshakeable belief then feel free to hold it, but don't expect that it will advance your argument one iota.
You have decided that the measure of intelligence is to rate it against certain criteria that you and people like you have chosen. I would maintain that there has never been an objective test that can accurately measure intelligence across all groups in the world. We would probably fail the intelligence test designed by a Kalahari bushmen and they'd all do remarkably well.
It's simple arrogance on the part of intelligence testers to believe that they can create a value-free intelligence test. An intelligence test that may have a high level of accuracy amongst a set of people with similar experiences in relation to the tests put to them may have some value - across cultures, that's way more problematic.
I'm afraid your belief is nothing more than an buttertion - an act of faith. That's all.
