IQ is a fairly succesfull method of measuring intelligence.
Very usefull for detecting underperforming students.
The "culture excuse" for invalidating IQ tests has been done to rest. IQ tests if applied in native language to people literate enough to read the very basic instructions of an IQ test show no bias since they are carefully designed to contain no culturally based information.
US blacks can read US english and they are thorougly acculturated. The same with UK blacks. Their IQ scores remain at 85 and 88 respectively. Blacks adopted into White familes show only a slight increase in this IQ. On the otherhand asian children eg Koreans adopted into European familes show the slightly higher IQ that they their East Asians generally show.
It appears that cultural bias only is mainly against blacks, slightly against whites but favours West Asians.
A combination of welfare and unselective immigration will do it.
Nonsense. No one is testing illiterate tribal people in languages they are unfamiliar with. Incidently !kung bushmen may turn out to be brighter than the average black.
They are not 'symbols'. They are representations.
Lower IQ = lower forsight of consequences. There are possibly other factors such as a higher testosteron level in blacks (increases love drive). Traditional African tribal culture is ofcourse usually quite liberal in relationships and marriages.
FFS. Jews,Japanese,Chinese never had a higher crime rate. Lebs and Blacks do.
Jews probably score number one in securities fraud but overall they are low.
That is like so much hypothetical wishfull thinking. Blacks tend to be feted, have excuses made for them and are given tons more goodwill than underclbutt Whites.
If Whites have an "atbreastude" towards Black Males it is one of prudent fear. You are about 10 times more likely to be liquidateed, raped or end and 20 times more likely to catch and STD including AIDS.
Why not apply Occams razor. The simplest explanation that fits the data is that on average Blacks are not as 'intelligent' as Whites.
Incidently I function well with other races; including Blacks. I treat people as individuals but I am certain that a Black population means the same in Australia as it does in UK, USA, Africa and Brazil. 10 times higher crime rates.
