Hold it right there. I alleged no such thing. I alleged human rights violations on people who you *allege* are radical Islamic persons. The violations occur before any case it proven against them. Get your facts straight.

What is hypocritical is to pretend that you are in Iraq for any reason other than to defend US strategic and economic interests. It is hypocritical to claim to be doing so for the benefit of the Iraqi people, who have suffered much more at the hands of the US over the past decade or so than any horror that the liquidateous Saddam inflicted upon them.
US foreign policy has been a gigantic failure in this and other regions for half a century. It takes guts for someone so high up in your Government to face the facts as she did on this one. Now for God's sake take your army out of there as soon as possible so that something constructive can be done. Nothing constructive - not one thing! - can be done while you are flattening villages one after the other with air strikes and tank fire - which is happening as I write this, according to US military press release accounts.
