It's official: India has arrived on the global scene. We now live in the world's 10th largest economy in terms of absolute gross domestic product (GDP) size.

Moreover, the UK has more Nobel Prizes than any other nation in Europe; more than ALL other European nations put together if you leave out Germany. The UK has more Nobel Prizes than all of Asia, the Middle-East and Africa put together, the excellent Japanese notwithstanding.
