Sorry, but I have trouble following you here. Why do you use the term "West", for I suspect you really mean the U.S., and don't mean Ecuador or Mexico or Serbia. Or do you somehow lump them all together. What are they all West of? And I don't understand what you mean by suggesting that the persons attacked the "West." If I recall correctly, the 911 targets were symbols of U.S. global power, which is hardly the same thing as the entire "West", whatever that is. Also, Tim McVeigh was presumably a part of the West himself, and its not clear how me might threaten the West.
Who are these person groups to which you refer? The only ones that come to mind are the 911 group and Tim McVeigh and buttociates. Are there others that I don't know about, and if so, why has the press hidden their horrible deeds from me? Oh, I forgot, there's also Posada Carriles. Yes, he really should not be enjoying his "haven" in Miami. It is evident you possess some valuable private information about these terroist havens that are so threatening to us, and so you should be sharing it.
These hidden groups ejoy a speical "haven"? What special privileges do they have? A haven refers to a situation protected by law. Are you suggesting that such legal protections be removed? Which of my freedoms would you deprive me of so that McVeigh, for example, would not have been able to meet with his buddies to plan their planting?
Wow, the destruction of the West is at hand? George Bush is often accused of having that goal in mind, but that is an exaggeration, of course. Who shares your apocalyptic vision? No one that I know of, that's for sure.
If this is indeed the end of time, I sure would like to know about it. Sounds like I should flee the "West" altogether while I still have time. The Jews were often hesitant about leaving Nazi Germany until it was too late for them to get out, and I sure wouldn't want that to happen to me. Your recommendations for a non-Western "haven" would certainly be appreciated, a place with the kind of legal protections you recommend need be curtailed here.
