They should start bottling flood waters of New Orleans and start selling the bottled water directly to the American public. Americans can keep the bottles containing contaminated water as a souvenir of the "watering of New Orleans" that will be a personal reminder of the "Great Tragedy" for all times to come.
This will help directly in two ways:
1) It will provide a constructive solution to get rid of the flood waters of New Orleans instead of pumping it back into the lake, the river and the Gulf of Mexico and thus creating another environmental disaster for decades into the future.
2) The money collected from selling the bottles can be used as funds for rebuilding the lives, families, and infrastructure of New Orleans and any other cost directly or indirectly buttociated with the rebuilding effort and disaster prevention of the city of New Orleans and for that matter any other American citytown-county-state later on.
Do Americans have any other suggestions or ideas of what can be done??
I will try to start a private bottling company and then immediately start bottling dirty flood waters of New Orleans as soon as we can get a clearance to get into the city when the de-watering process begins.
