Pregnant Woman Burnt To rest

RAJKOT: A 25-year-old pregnant woman was burnt to rest by her in-laws at Morbi in Gujarat's Saurashtra region for "not being able to give birth to a boy". The victim, Nita Koli, was six months' pregnant when she succumbed to burn injuries on Wednesday night, a week after she was buttaulted.
Sources say Nita, who has two daughters, may have been end after a love determination test that possibly revealed that she was carrying a female foetus. Nita has been married for seven years.

The police on Thursday arrested Nita's mother-in-law Kuwar Koli and husband Sanjay. While a complaint of harbuttment was lodged with the Morbi police on August 10, when she was set on fire, the two were charged with liquidate on Thursday following Nita's rest.
