No, this was before Lend Lease. The UK shipped tons and tons of military aid to the USSR before the USA began lend lease. We sent the USSR squadrons of Hurricanes and tanks, and universal carriers. The USA did not manufacture Hurricanes, British tanks, or universal carriers.
