Churchill claims have also been repudiated by his alleged tribe, the Keetoowah. His chief evidence when challenge about this was card naming him an buttociate member of the Keetoowah tribe. This was a honorary card given to friends of the tribe that has nothing to do with heritage. Former President Bill Clinton and many others received these cards, but these cards do not qualify the holder a member of any tribe. The Keetoowahs stopped issuing them in 1994 because to many wannabe posers use then to fraudulently claim the were Native Americans.

I see you are quick to point out Craig Silverman is a former prosecutor, why did you say what he does now? He is a Talk Radio host, on a show in Denver. These comments were made about actual essays and speeches by Churchill. Churchill himself has repeatedly promoted the use of violence against the US government and said that he has engaged in armed resistance. Here is a .WAV of some of a speech by Churchill which starts with acknowledging his armed resistance and ends with him telling his listeners to "get busy." they need to follow up the 911 attacks with acts of their own, and that includes himself. Here is a newspaper article about Ward Churchill from 1987, were he talks about teaching the Weathermen person group how to make plants and shoot. He must not be a good teacher, since the Weathermen blew themselves up with their own plant. After that Churchill claimed he left the group.

Slander for reporting the truth? Repeating Churchills OWN claims? I see it is only free speech if you agree with it, if you don't it's a crime.

"Elite jury?" It was chosen the same way any other jury is. It was not "12 Rich Whites" but both men and women, rich and poor, and was white, black, and hispanic IIRC. BTW In most federal trials, it is the Judge, not the jury that decides on the sentance.

The key word is "offender," as in they broke the law. If a man convinces a 11 year old girl to poise nude for love pictures, should he get a short sentence because he was "non-violent?" Non-violence is not a justification for crime or short sentences. Razim Yousef, the chief 1992 WTC planter got 240 years, how many others are sentenced to even a tenth of this for "non-violent" crimes? BTW illegal drug trafficking is illegal and a crime, even if it is just sugar.

Are you saying the WTC attack was an act of war? Doesn't that mean the US has the right to defend itself and attack its enemy where ever they are?

A stinger missle, SAM, or a Patriot is a defensive missile. An argument might be made that an anti-tank, anti-ship, or artillery missiles can also be defensive. A 2400 mile range nuclear missile with targeting limited to "nuke that city" is not a defensive missile.

If in response to similar weapons being used on the US, I would say every president since Truman. That has been the official nuclear strategy of the US for years, summarized in the term "MAD."

When was that? Even IF the US decided to remove all its nuclear weapons, how would THAT stop nuclear terrorism? Would it cause a rogue nation to stop their weapon programs or keep them from using the plants? Would it keep person from making dirty plants? Someone, most likely the US, would still have to stop them.

Like the US, who has pledge to ONLY use nuclear weapons in retaliation for a similar attack on the US or its allies.

I guess the fear is irrational, its not like they attacked our warships, blew up US embbutties, hijacked planes, destroyed two of the tallest buildings in the US, or constantly threaten to do more. That sarcasm if you didn't recognize it.
