You would find the queer Civil Rights lawyers would squeal loudly for his release. What we need to do is change the law to deal with Civil Rights first so Ministers can just deport them instantly on the writing of his signature...and then deport all Muslims who say they don't believe Australia is good enough for them. In other words take the law out of the hands of Civil Rights lawyers and ban them. We didn't need them years ago before the Whitless government subsumed Australia to an unenelected Un-United Nations. That is the only way of guaranteeing no person existed as an Australian citizen. We could easily then do without person laws. Go to the seat of the problem instead of patching it up. I don't think any politician is capable of seeing beyond just patching up though or having the guts to declare to Agreements with UN Conventions invalid.
This is really the problem. We could easily deal with Muslims in this country by just changing the laws to be Australian laws FOR Australians and not some abstraction in the eyes of the invented 'international community'. f*** the international community and just look after our own.
