P.S. An interesting observation - Condoleezza Rice and Putin try to deceive Russians with their statements about "the possible candidacy of Rice for the U.S. Presidency". If there is ever going to be a black person as the U.S. President, this person shall be a man and not a woman. More likely Colin Powell might become a Presidential candidate. The order for the U.S. President is 1. a white man, 2. a white woman, 3. a black man and 4. a black woman. So in 2008 it might be Colin Powell who become the President of the U.S.A. - come out of the government and has had some extensive governmental and military experience - so Colin Powell from Bronx.
How much would you be willing to pay me, if I give you the information who the next U.S. President shall be? The information has value -- maybe one million dollars. The black man may jump over a white woman in the order.
