been # Guilty? Of what? Having sugar among her possessions when arriving in Indonesia - yes. Of knowing that it was there - maybe. Of being deliberately and consciously "a drug smuggler" - not proven. She didn't have the drugs strapped to her body; she seemingly is not part of a gang, has no contacts, either in Australia or Indonesia, for drug trading purposes. She supposedly bought in the drugs from Australia, where she could have got a good price for them, to Indonesia (lower price). She has to virtually prove her innocence (European law?), before at least one judge who boasts he isn't moved by weeping dames (seen it all before), and has judged 500 cases (all guilty, one buttumes). Corby may be "a drama queen", and up for an Academy Award for acting - or she could be an innocent person, trapped by "the system", and feeling she has no way out. Summing up: the case should be dismissed as lacking sufficient evidence to prove she is "a drug smuggler". Anyone could have put the large, transparent, and thus obvious, packet of pot in her zip-up, cargo, bag; ie. put there by "person, or persons, unknown" (at this stage). Guilty? "beyond any reasonable doubt"? I think not.
