That doesn't make sense, poor immigrants want to be owner occupiers, the clbuttic Aussie dream which helps the economy by supporting the housing industry.. and they WORK like navvies to contribute and improve their lot. It is the SPECULATION which drove up housing prices to record unaffordability.
