There is no way we can go from a domestic market of 20 million to one of 200 million, or a billion. Our natural birthrate is loo low, we couldn't get that many immigrants, and the carrying capacity of the land would not support it.

Just to get the ball rolling, a handful of patents were the basis of Silicon Valley, the stump jump plow enabled farming in Australia, and every modern economy is powered by highly specialized skills.. education is the foundation of economic performance.
