Very wise! At least, much easier to argue than the first part of the question.... The IMF has certainly a lot to answer for with many projects it has funded. I once wrote a report for AusAid on child labour in Asia, and in Nepal, one of the projects the IMF was funding purportedly to alleviate it was actually using child labour on its roadworks (when it could have been using adults.)
I probably should add re Huntingdon that he did go on in 1996 to revamp his ideas, and in his book: The Clash of Civilizations: And the Remaking of World Order, the question mark seems to have disappeared.
I had at least part of it as an electronic document but I can't find it on any of my backups now. I do know I have it in hard copy and even where I can lay my hand on it (a miracle for me!) so I will do that and scan in the relevant pages for you.
