Actually Pakistan had no idea the attack was planned and heard about it afterwards. There was considerable protest about it in Pakistan afterwards and the Pakistani Ambbuttador registered an official complaint in Washington.
With a two week surveillance period before the strike there is no possibility of tactical expedience being used as an excuse. Face it George, the US deliberately blew up a house it knew to contain innocent people because someone they don't like *might* have been there. As it turned out he wasn't, but that incompetence is immaterial from a moral perspective.

Its up to people like me to point out when countries do bad things. If you don't like your country doing bad things, I suggest you do something about regime change in your own patch.
