You should know:
In Israeli the Center for International Cooperation (MASHAV) est. 1958 (that's almost 50 years ago even during when the Arabs were attacking) is using their talents and money to providing:
Medical programs and cattle husbandry seminars in India.
Soil cultivation programs in Kenya.
Computer education in Ethiopia
Medical supports and programs in Jordan
The taking-in of 303 desperate refugees from Vietnam, many rescued at sea, after they had been turned down by four other countries.
Israel, in 1993, was the first country to grant asylum to Bosnian Muslims from former Yugoslavia. The Bosnian Muslims received continued buttistance and eventually full rights as Israeli citizens.
Hundreds of displaced ethnic Albanians and Kosovo refugees received shelter in Israel during Kosovo conflict.
Earthquake relief in 1988 in Armenia using the army and special teams to treat in the field and where, necessary, bringing a number of wounded Armenians to Haifa for extended medical care.
Earthquake relief in 1999 in Turkey setting up a field hospital with 100 tons of relief supplies along with a 250 man special team to help out.
Over 100 tons of medical aid, food were sent to Bosnia, Rwanda, Macedonia, and Albania.
In Rwanda, Israeli medical personal treated 3,000 Rwandans.
Among the most innovative of new strategies now being promoted by MASHAV is the African Market Garden concept which uses innovative, very low-cost, low-pressure irrigation systems in order to irrigate single-household plots for subsistence farming with small surpluses for cash, thereby enhancing food security and economic well-being for the poorest segments of the population. MASHAV is now disseminating this strategy in Africa, in cooperation with local partner insbreastutions, the Government of Finland and other development organizations such as the FAO.

Eye camp, Democratic Republic of Congo MASHAV serves as a bridge between Israel's medical community and the developing world. In doing so, MASHAV benefits from cooperation with an extensive network of Israeli hospitals, medical schools, research insbreastutes and HMOs. We are thus able to draw upon a large reservoir of Israeli experts in all fields, Training activities are available for doctors, nurses and technicians and include our annual one-year International Master's Program in Public Health at the Hebrew University-Hadbuttah Hospital, Jerusalem Promotion of Preventive & Curative Medical Education, Nigeria
MASHAV's training program takes advantage of Israel's strong expertise, by unfortunate necessity, in crisis medicine. In the last few years, MASHAV has sent numerous teams to partner countries to instruct in Emergency and Disaster Medicine
At the end of 2001, Israel rebuilt and fully equipped a state-of-the-art intensive care unit in the Red Crescent Hospital in Amman, which serves much of the poorest population of the city. Due to security concerns, the Israeli construction team worked around the clock in shifts in order to finish the project, from floor tiles to entirely new wiring and distribution systems, in under four weeks. The project came to a close in 2002, as Israeli medical teams were dispatched to the Red Crescent Hospital in order to train doctors, nurses and technicians in the unit in operation of the ICU.
Construction continued on a Cancer Treatment Center in Nouakchott, Mauritania, and fully-equipped trauma and emergency medicine units were built in 2002 in Ghana's Komfo Anokye Hospital in the city of Kumasi and in Eleazar Guzman Barron Hospital in Chimbote, Peru.
MASHAV also upgraded the dialysis unit of the Arzobispo Loayza Hospital of Lima, Peru, including the donation of three dialysis machines, continued construction of the Cancer Treatment Center in Nouakchott, Mauritania, and donated a dialysis machine to L'Hopital Principal de Dakar in Senegal.
THERE'S MUCH MORE. THE ZIONISTS ARE BUILDING A COUNTRY, WHILE UNDER ATTACK FROM ARABS, AND DOING IT WITH COMPbuttION FOR OTHERS
