Your words sounds just like the begining of the well known book:
"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was ...."
It seams your liguistic theory is flat-Earthed or at least un-civilised and "most of us are well beyond such flat-Earth style theories and recognise" importance of a good people behaviour.
Many people don't feel nice close to someone who is swearing and even further more feel not safe as many crimes are accompanied with swearing in popular propaganda TV police soaps, where perpetrator of the crime is almost always swearing male (for the purpose of promoting feminism).
I think it's a matter of being polite and well mannered also NOT to swear, fart, pee, wank, blurb, vomit, being naked or dirty in public, although all those activities are normal body functions except swearing. We dress, wash and control body functions and our language to be more acceptable to others and we expect the same from others.
I was told that laws, police, courts etc. were originally established to make everyone's life more nice, safe and pleasant.
It's a pity that this is not the case any more in Australia as the main role of Government insbreastutions today is revenue collecting, control of people and redirecting males according to females wishes. We all learned in this group that a big number of men are end by Government in Australia every day and more than 50% children are made fatherless by police, courts, CSA, and other strictly feminism promoting insbreastutions.
