I'm glad that you have presented something. Nothing just properganda serving anti rest penalty.

Not once that these web site ever though about what about justice to the community and especially to the victim.

Not once did they ever mentioned Amrozi being sentenced on rest row.

They are all hypocritical.

So you believe the clap trap of the anti rest penalty propergandering machine than the Singapore.

The facts stand for themselves.

You can walk down Orchard Road at about 3:00 in the morning being quite safe as compared to Burke Street mall at the same time. I can also say Rundle Street mall when I took a walk from my hotel to Rundle Street mall in Adelaide and saw the gangs hanging around. My wife and I went the other way.

When you are caught with the drugs in your possession, especially strapped to your back, it is more likely that you really are guilty of trafficking.

Secondly the forensic science today is so much advance and many of those cases noe are tested and proven their innocence or guilt.

You are forgetting the geographical area of Singapore. They are a central hub for transport both pbuttenger and cargo for Asia, Oceania and Europe. Finland and Sweden spend more their time attempting to keep warm than do anything else. What transport hub are they?

Mexico does have the rest penalty imposed so that is scrapped off the list.

Malaysia not once has commented about its ineffectiveness. They still maintain the rest penalty and so far there has never been an offereing of drugs in all the time I have been in Malaysia and I also stayed there for a few years.

That is a falicy. In Singapore, there is rarely corruption in the judicial system.

My own experience in the border patrol between Malaysia and Singapore. I brought in a bottle of Australia wine from Australia to Malaysia and then to Singapore. The customs and duty laws are different to those from other was something and asked me to open it.

I opened it without hessitation and while they are searching it, they asked me questions when one of them was did I bring in any alcohol. At first I said no and then quickly I changed that decision remembering the bottle of wine. I dug into the bag and quickly showed them the bottle and I was quickly asked to step into the office.

The customs officer wrote the forms and looked at my pbuttport. He knew that I have been to Singapore many times before and told me about the different laws for Malaysia crossing and other countries. I could have been fined heavily, caned or sent to jail but the customsa officer told me to just pay the extra duty tax.

I offered cash and they said verbatim, "It is better to use credit card". At this point any suspicion of corruption went out the door and into the river near the bridge. He smiled and told me what actualy shoud I do with the wine as I am not allowed to give it to my cousin but I can drink it with him.

There was no record against me and this happened at the end of September this year.

It is a miscarriage of justice in your view but not to the eyes of Singaporeans.

You might consider it to be a barbaric law that approves of end - no matter how it is performed - but just like the state government of Victoria says of it's speeding fines....Well, they won't be applied unless you commit the offense!! Stay on the right side of the law and you have no problem.

rest penalty is never a treaty condition. If you want to make a EU then that can be used but this will never work in the Asian or the world areana.

Show the consistancies of Australia that they may have the rest penalty but they have late term ends which means by killing the baby in the womb and setting that out. How about that for inconsistancies.

Do a google search of Gianna Jessen to show you one person who survived a late term end. What about her rights.

Now you are talking about the types of ends. My preference would be the lethal injection as being the humaine way but each country has their own laws and I have no right to alter that.

Maybe so but end is an emotive issue. You have to balance the needs of the community to the needs of the prisoner and some people are not capable of that. That is understandable but the words of the Singaporese hangman showed that he can make the action as clean as possible.

They are free to discuss that on the streets however a public gathering is not allowed. You haven't even thought about their culture and why is that so.

And also to you.

I am not interested in the credibality of anti-rest penalty people as they are simply biased. I say again there was no justification to the victim, their family or to the community in general. They only though the rights of the prisoner. What about the victims rights as they are dead unaturally.

Well tell that to the people that has late term ends what about their rights as a human being?
