Hello Denise,
SCAMBARYCONDREN & variant spellingTrying to locate further information on some uncles. Received previous buttistance which was greatly appreciated on one Norman Wm SCAMBARY who died...
I did a little bit of looking and found the following on the Vic CDs and the NSW CDs. According to the Vic Pioneer CD, they married in 1858:

**If this Charles is William and Elizabeth's son, it is very possible William died in NSW. Do you have Elizabeth's Marriage Certificate to Henry - does it say she was a widow? Do you have their children's names etc.?

Hope these are of some help. Regards, -- Di Maloney Please remove 1 from email address to reply direct. I'm researching William Amiot born Canada arrived in Victoria in the 1850s. William married Elizabeth Smith in Victoria in 1857, moved to Tumut NSW area. William dies around 1863, Elizabeth marries Henry David Hopman and eventually settled in Hill End. Whilst I have the burials of Elizabeth and Henry I cannot locate the rest of William Amiot. If anyone is able to help, or connected to this line, I'd love to hear from you regards Denise
