Hello Jim,
If you are working from the info from the FamilySearch's details, I suggest the following;
Of the three children listed, two died in Victoria; Robert in 1845 and Sarah in1871. I'd take a punt that Sarah's rest cert would list "how long in the colonies"and if she had moved from one state to another maybe even listing how many years in NSW and how many in VIC. Certificates can be accessed online ( small cost to view results page from where you can view some extra details) and purchased. Having ascertained how old Sarah was when she arrived Might give a clue as to whether her parents came out. (Being quite young might indicate that she came with her parents.)
From there I would search for the shipping records to find who of the family came out. Her parents may not have come at all. Since the son George was born in 1834 in Micklegate the parents, if they came, would have come some time after.
I'd also check the British census records.
Questions I'd be asking are Why were the parents in Belize from at least 1821 to 1828 - merchant? military? missionaries? What ( and where! - I'm no good with geography!) was in Belize to attract an Englishman?
Back in Micklegate what records are there? Is there some military establishment there?
Also, bear in mind that info on the LDS site is not always correct.
