James & Annie Matilda Davies nee Walsh

Anyone who is related to the following I would love to hear from re Family History.

Annie Matilda was my Great Grandmothers' sister Eliza who married James Buckley.

Mrs. Annie Davies nee Walsh (born Dublin) , wife of Mr. James. Davies (born Wales) of Fish Point, and one of the oldest pioneers of the district, pbutted away at her residence at Fish Point, on Monday night. Mrs. Davies was a native of Ireland and as a child arrived in the colony with her parents. In the earlier years she resided in the Kilmore- Avenal district, and from thence came to Lake Boga, where Mr. and Mrs. Davies reside for a few years on the east bank, finally taking up land at Fish Point, where they have been resident for forty-one years. There are two sons and five daughters to mourn the loss of a devoted mother and highly esteemed resident. Mr. William James Davies and Mr. Charles Davies of Fish Point, Mrs. McNally (Queensland), Mrs. Strickland( Elsternwick), Mrs. J. H. Vains (Fish Point), Mrs. J. W. Angus (Euston) and Mrs. J.G. Walker (Swan Hill) comprise the family.
