Di, my reasons for wanting more info on Francis is to get to Jane Potter (O'connell)his wife, who was my Great Grand Auntie.
I am trying to find out more info about her two husbands family. As mentioned before, I have found her grave site but with no markings. I am wanting to find out if her husbands families are interested in marking the grave site.
Is it hard to find living relitives of her two husbands???
First husband was Patrick O'connell (no relation), they had ten kids, most of whom died young. Patrick died in 1893 in Kangaroo Flat.
Jane remarried in 1895 to Francis Potter, they had 1 child that i know of, Eva Leah, who died at 1 yo.
Francis Potter had a brother, James, the first born (1850) to James POTTER & Leah Burn.
Maybe this James could be my link,

But........... the above Jas (James?) was born 1856 not 1850 Do you know if this Jas POTTER above married and had any kids.
