In answer to your second question, I buttume you typed in at least part of the persons name and it did an "auto complete and showed their Given name and surname which is what you set in the address book when you put it there. If it put the given and surname in the TO: line then in fact it knows that persons names belong to a certain email address and will send it to that email address it buttociates with, not just to their names. Most probably clear as mud but I suggest you get a few lessons in Outlook express and address book so you understand what it does. when you are sending an email . Well I had a friend here the otherday and she was doing something for me. And after she had gone I noticed it wasn't there. Would someone be able to help me find where she put it as I need someones email to send to someone and all it has is the first name and surname. How can I get from that the whole email please.
