Hazard a guess it is not available on line only on their intranet. Also checked my electoral enrolment online which was quite neat.
Did a search on "roll" on the AEC website.
The publication of the roll is integral to the conduct of free and fair elections, enabling participants to verify the openness and accountability of the electoral process and object to the enrolment of any elector. Every AEC divisional office has the Commonwealth electoral roll for their State or Territory in electronic format. An Australia wide electronic version of the electoral roll is available for viewing at every AEC State Office, ACT Divisional Office and the National Office in Canberra. Note: The AEC only provides the current version of the roll.
A facility is also available on our website that allows you to verify your enrolment details online.
Hard copy (printed) rolls Legislative changes came into effect on 21 July 2004 to amend the sale of the current electoral roll. The roll is no longer available for sale in any format.

Microfiche The public microfiche is no longer available for viewing or purchase. The roll is now only available for viewing electronically. The National Library in Canberra has available microfiche of the Commonwealth electoral rolls from 1901. The library also holds a limited number of State electoral rolls on microfiche for the time prior to Federation. Further, you can check with your State Reference Library to find out what information they may have available.
