SCAMBARYCONDREN & variant spelling

Hi David,

Did you know that there are CONDREN entries on the Vic Pioneer CD, the Vic Federation, Vic Edwardian, the Great War, the Vic rests 1921-1985 - but no SCAMBARY entries on any of them.

There are quite a few Condren and its variants on the NSW CD - if you want them, just let me know or go to the NSW BDM website yourself. You will also be able to see the Scambary and its variants on there as well.

Received previous buttistance which was greatly appreciated on one Norman Wm SCAMBARY who died in France 1918. I am now after any information on his brothers and inlaws (relating particularly to Armed Service Records but also any other,) and would appreciate any buttistance and guidance. Any expenses would gladly be reimbursed. These are all sons of Margaret MURRAY (listed also as Mgt McDONALD) and James Edwin Oliver SCAMBARY (1856-1901) who were from the Barraba District in NSW and later all went to NZ around Wellington 1. James Darby CONDREN (1878-1917) m Rose SCAMBARY (daughter & s-in-law of above parents) 2. Frank SCAMBARY (no details) 3. Jack SCAMBARY (no details) 4. Arthur James SCAMBARY (1890-1958) Was in the NZ Army 1916. 5. Walter SCAMBARY. Only detail I have is he married an Ida. 6. Norman Wm SCAMBARY (1894-1918). I have all his war papers, however on the CWG site it mentiones "served in Gallipoli" but this is not mentioned on his papaers. Any ideas on why not? 7. Thomas SCAMBARY. Only details I have is he married Florrie. Thanks in advance for any information.
