When you goto the Ancestry.com site you need to Login ( top right hand side of your screen )click on the word "Login", next you will be presented with the Login screen where you enter your Username and your pbuttword. If you have done this and still have problems, click on forgot pbuttword and Ancestry.com will e-mail you with your pbuttword that is linked to your username.
