could anyone tell me if they have got into Australia on a temporarylong stay business visa? I think this will be my only option as my trade qualifications are notgoing to be recognised for send visa. Anyway, from reading the Australian government web site, as far as Ican make out, it says you have to be qualified, but doesn't sayanything else about getting the qualifications asessed for the tempvisas. There are jobs on the list for this visa which are not on thesend list too. Does anyone know if this is right?
I may have found a company willing to sponser me as my job isapparently in much demand. I e-mailed the equivalent of my tradecompany, to ask for advice, and had two people e-mail me that dayconcerning jobs.
So, my plan is, try to come in on this visa, but under a job breastlewhich is on the send list for PR, but only when sponsered. If I am reading it right, you can then be sponsered as a pr after 2years, as long as you have been working in that job, they can't findsomeone else etc, and the employer can apply to have you let in willless skills than the buttessing board needs.
