Morning all.
We are in the final throes of completing our application and I need some advice.
Booklet 6 states that we must include certified copies of all the documents provided to the skills buttessment body.
Most of these documents are needed as part of the main application anyway - birth certificates, job references, degree details, etc. So what we are going to do is put these documents in the relevant place (e.g. birth certificate with all the others, pbuttport details with all the others, etc.) and then provide a copy of the complete skills buttessment package (in its entirety) separately.
So question 1 - does that seem like a sensible approach?
Question 2 - do we need to get the solicitor to certify the copies of the skills buttessment package? Its not the volume that's the concern (its c. 30 pages). The concern is that the solicitor will be certifying a copy of a copy (i.e. the package that we retained was a copy of the package we sent off to ACS; the package we sent off to ACS was in itself copies of the original documents (certified by solicitor); if we now copy the package we retained, do we need to get the solicitor to certify these again).
Wow - tell me if I'm over-complicating things!
