Q-17 Asks for current Marital status.......... Ok! i have been apart from the X for last 14 years, just got the DIVORCE last year.
I have been in my current relationship for the last 9 years, have 2 kids, 7 and 6.
On Q-17 I would expect that i would tick Divorced and in De Facto relationship at the Moment, BUT! If i tick Divorced it tells me to move on to Q-19 NOW! Q-18 Asks Will your spouse be migrating with you? S, If i tick divorced then i shouldn't answer Q-18 ( which is no good as my current partner, 2 kids and me are all going)
Should i just leave out the divorced bit and carry on with currently in De-Facto relationship or what? I have read somewhere that if you have ever been Married And then Divorced you should provide certified copy`s of both!
Maybe i`m missing something here, If so can anyone throw me an idiots guide book or better still just tell me what to do ( In Plain English) as i cant really spoke properly :P)
