Hi, I need some advice over here which is very important for many lives surrounding me.
I am 22 yr old on student visa. I am doing my post graduation in professional accounting this is my 2nd semester but i had arrived 1 year ago.I still have to complete 2 semesters. I got tuberculosis after my first sem and went on a leave of absence and now i am back in my 2nd sem and im cured from TB but im on 5 month more medication.
I am staying with my girlfriend who is 19 on student visa who came with me for studying psychology bachelors for 3 years.This is her first sem.She had come to take me back to my country when i was sick.We are sharing an apartment and we dont pay any gas bills and dont have phone.Receipts are just a pieces of paper and contact is based on trust.But yes we have opened a joint account and we have loads of pictures together from digicam.

I wanted to ask 1. How would my TB affect my PR process? What documents do i have to provide? 2. buttuming accounting is still in MODL after i complete my course i qualify for a PR when should i apply for my girlfriends PR? Will she get PR with me? And should i apply for her PR with me? 3. If accounting wont be in MODL and i have to ask for spouse points? what documents do i have to provide? Should i ask the sharemate to make a valid contact for proof of stay?
