Adding a dependent to a 457 Long Stay Sender: Langs_Sydney

Hello, Great forum.....I thought I would ask a question that is bothering myself and my partner. Student visa from within australia Sender: tking Hi Kate I am a UK citizen who came to Australia on a holiday and decided to stay. I changed my visa to a student visa after enrolling... I'm in Australia on a four year Business VISA working for a national company that pays me a LAFHA and sponsors me directly. My partner has been over here living with me since August 2005 on a Working Holiday VISA, we have been going out from May 2005 (Long story but we met over here and then went on holiday back in UK and then she came over to Oz) I have evidence of the relationship from May 2005 and evidence of her living with me since August 17th last year.....She's been on bills since December as well.....Its all perfectly ligitimate. How do I go about adding her to my 457 as a de facto or dependent so the three month work restriction is lifted ? Can I ask my company to add her to my sponsorship or must I go it alone ? Do I need to get statements from mates etc ? Any help you can give would be appreciated, I have until August to get this sorted, at present her VISA expires then !!! I'd like to do it for as little cash as possible as well !!! But appreciate this might be wishful thinking..... Thanks ever so much Langs --
