I'm in health care and my job is on the MODL list, ( need to only show detailed proof of last 12months). Have 5 yr experience (1st year salaried and the last 4 as a self employed locum).

The last 12months i have worked in one place for 3 months (4-5 full days a week), followed by second current job which involves working between two positions (different employers) with total weekly hours varying from 21(min) to 32 hrs if covering for someone else. NO gap between 1st and second job. No written contracts were issued, only verbal agreement.

My employers have agreed to write references(according to DIMIA guidelines), but unsure what to do about proof of salary as I'm self employed and have been paid on a weekly basis-cheques.

Questions:

1.I know that I have worked more than 21 hours a week for the last 12 months. But could the variation in weekly hours(21- 35) be a problem? would they have to have detail timetable of hours worked per week? or would be ok for my employer to say i worked for x amount of months for 3-5 days?
