We are using these as our agents, after meeting them at Sandown, I found her very nice (not sure I am allowed to use names??) So we went with our instincts, although I think they are middle of the road, expense wise, there are alot cheaper people, but as we had met them and the relationship was good, we decided what the hell, especially as I kept trying to do it myself and hitting stumbling blocks, she knew a load of stuff I didn't!! (Well it is her Job!!!) And also they have a 100% pbutt rate for TRA, something I beleive they are very proud of! It was taking me an age!!!

They are so helpful too, such nice people, they always phone straight back or e-mail straight back, at this stage I really can't fault them. They seem to be up front too, which is rebutturing! One thing she did say was that we would be sick of her by the end of it, which I beleive is a good thing as this means she is pushing for everything she needs to get us there!!!
