If he can't throw the switch God help the rest of the Agents.Then change I would to Go matilda.If your TRA buttessment is going to be straightforward Go matilda would be my choice.I received help from Alan when I asked for it.His often free advice was immensly useful and any susequent charges were appropriate to the buttistance he gave me and i remain very satisfied with his organisation here in the UK at Southampton and with Alan himself out in Melbourne.Alan is of course more than able to do the lot for you including TRA . Ist contact sorry know nothing about them. Alan helped me when I got stuck at times on the 410 retirement visa and my son's STNI visa both of which I-my son did ourselves ,for the most part, and sometimes wished we had let an agent handle. Both applications were a success parts of which were down to Alan. So i am a little biased.
