Hi Possums, I put on a brave face and emailed my CO, and then crapped myself when got the reply. Steve has a child from previous not migrating and not able to provide a medical as exwife is a !å£"$^%&*)(%$"$å£ who won't cooperate and we don't know where she lives, we've got a mob no but she doesn't answer it or she hangs up on us. Steve and I have been together 7 years, married nearly 3 and I've never met his other daughter! Anyway back to the point....I sent my CO a short yet polite email asking if he could tell us if the meds had been received yet as they were sent via Royal Mail and due to us having problems with them in the past, didn't trust that they'd arrived. The reply I got was, "what about the meds for the other child, have we sent them or arranged them?" Well when we had the med request the CO said he only needed them for myself, Steve and Libby (our daughter) so I emailed him back with absolute panic boiling inside me explaining that he'd not asked for them and that I'd sent stat decs explaining why we couldn't get the meds done for the other child. About 2 mins after I'd replied I got another email from him apologising for his mistake, and that the stat decs were fine and nothing else on the matter was required. All I can say is, thank God he replied so quickly or I'd of been going to work in a right state, I couldn't type for shaking.
If you're worried about whether or not the meds have got there, just give your CO an email regarding whether they've been received. Aslong as you don't ask how long your visa's going to be, I don't think they'd be a problem.....or maybe that's why I've not received our visas yet
