You only need the general test and my only advice to you is;
Apply early, the test dates get booked up and after May this year, the 90 day resit rule is scrapped and instead of waiting 90 days to resit should you fail, it will be a free for all in reapplying and you can imagine, places will be scarce.
Visit the test centre that you have applied to sit the test at, know your journey inside out and if you can, ask if you can look around on a non test date.
Practise, buy some practise materials and get to know how to listen to the recordings, when to write and what to write.
Practise your writing skills because no matter how good you think you are, you wont know what to expect until the day. My hubby got a low score first time round because he didnt know what to expect.
If you do an IELTS search on here, I posted about a really good book that prepares you.
Back to DIMA, I couldnt believe how quickly we were acknowledged really, our STNI was approved in a week and DIMA seemed on the ball with getting back to us with regards our application.
Our meds will be in 2 months, PCC next month unless agent advises otherwise.
