Hello learned world, not been on for a long long while.........
But i thought i know who i will ask this question ;)

As i got it completely wrong regarding my visa 136 send independent and being enbreastled to rent allowance and child benefit... i was told by big guns that we were not enbreastled to anything whatsoever.. so claimed nothing for over 4 months :( Until enlightened by new Aussie friends :)
This is my question (at last)
As my visa is a 136 send independent do i need to work within the trade i was granted this visa? i have tried to obtain work within this field but as i have no licence here cannot get employment without a licence within that field. TRA tell me that i in need to re apply for skill recognition with all my original paperwork used for migration as the licence is a different process to migration. Trouble is all the paperwork is floating round the globe somewhere as it was lost by the shippers!!! No other copies as it was far to heavy to try and bring on the plane!
I am hoping that we are still fulfilling our visa requirements we have no special requirements that we are aware of on our visas in our pbuttports
