my family and I are in the process of needing to break a lease that we signed up for, is there anyone coming over to the Gold Coast that require a family home....you would be needing to sign a new lease with the Agents (probably for 6 months)
4 Bedroom, 2 bathroom, Double Auto Garage, family orientated suburb, single level house, with Inground pool, large tiled family room and seperate Lounge-dinning room overlooking Lake Serenity at the exclusive Oyster Lakes estate. Go fishing just 25m from the front door ! Helensvale is near Hope Island Resort, Runaway Bay, Westfield Helensvale Shopping Mall (just opened) and close to a number of excellent State and Independant Schools. Helensvale is 55km south of Brisbane City, there are two train stations (within 8mins) available for direct commuting to Brisbane City or it is a 40min - 1hr drive into the city. The house is also only 10mins from all the major Theme Parks and 15mins from Surfers.
We would be loking to vacate early to mid Jan.... if you are moving this way and want part of the hbuttle of looking for a good area to live-start off, we have undertaken that work for you already! My work is forcing our move, otherwise a great spot to live.... if you are interested, the UK in August and have been in Qld for 3.5 months now, arrived without a job but were still able to easily rent a home, feel free to ask me how !
