thank you for ur reply. I want to clear it again that i had apply in 2002 in Send Independent category 136 when the required points were 110. I buttess my application from ACS then i apply in DIMA but their verification system is very poor and i heard from many ppl that their genuine cases refused because of poor verification system in different countries and its quite amazing for me that their system is very slow and not good. I had already Australian sponser but i didnt apply in Australian Send 138 category because of Sponsers requirement and butturer.
I submited my case then after one year i got medical but after one month of medical i got a refusal letter from DIMA in which they clearly mention that ur degree has not verified and u used fradulent degree,, and u dont any right for the review and appeal. i really shocked when i got this letter. ITS QUITE AMAZING FOR ME THAT THEY DIDNT VERIFY ANYTHING IN ONE YEAR BUT AFTER ONE YEAR THEY SEND ME MEDICAL AND THEN THEY STARTED VERIFYING MY DEGREE AND REFERENCES. AND WITHIN ONE MONTH THEY HAD DECIDED ABOUT THE DEGREE.
My college sent verification letters and then I sent them mails in which i mention that my degree is genuine and there was some internal problem with the college and u can verify my degree again. Then i got a reply from my case officer in which he said that " we'll reply u within few weeks after further verifications. then after 2 year corresponding they again reply and mention that " The person is not authorized who is verifying ur degree and further action must take on the new application with new rules and regulation and u have to submit new application with fee because u dont have any right for the review and appeal in send independent category" ..
I guess that their verification system is very slow and not good. I think canadian Immigration system is much better than Australia.

Now im planning for the Send Australian Sponsored 138 Category but i want to ask that will they consider my case or not because they already refused my case but they allow my for the new application.
Kindly tell me any good Australian Lawyer or Australian Migration Agent who can handle my new case. Im really disappointed and fedup by the Immigration dept.
I have sponser so Im planning to apply in 138 category because i'll appeal and review rights in 138 category. My many friends r living in Australia thats y im going to apply again otherwise i would never apply again in Australia because they really disappointed me.
