Yep, you could apply for a work visa and with a job offer you would be fast tracked.
Have any of your prospective employers given you a proposed start date? if you have time, I would suggest submitting an EOI and applying for PR before you go as you would also be fast tracked with having a job offer...

If you submit your EOI straight away with 100 pts or more you will probably be pulled out of the pool on the next draw and if you meet the criteria and all of your claims check out you should get your ITA within about a month...if you get all your paperwork in order, get your police checks done and medicals done you could submit your ITA pretty quickly and be heading out with PR rather than a Work visa.
