PP I understand where you are coming from my little chicken. I too cannot put anything in till Nov 3 at the earliest. That is why I am forever counting down. I too have the same C*** with employer references, didn't you know they are god!
Well they sure think they are.
It is ok for people to write just put it in, then when it fails they say, why did you put it in!
I think they are going to change stuff on the Nov date, that is what I have heard on the Grapevine from several decent sources.
If they change it like they did on me last year, there is nothing you can do, so you have to go with the flow. Australia need a manufacturing infrastructure but seem to be leaving people behind who have Degree's and such. I can't blame them they want the best of the best.
Just grip your teeth and we'll be ok honey, Loads of us are here with you in the same boat.
